Porcelain Story

More than a dozen times I happened to be in ancient Venice. In a city where boats, gondolas, passenger trams usually transport locals and tourists only by water. And although I never managed to visit the carnival when I was in Venice (it just somehow happened), it doesn’t take much imagination to imagine what it could be like. For Venice itself is an eternal holiday. There, on the squares and the embankment, in cozy squares along the beautiful bridges and even on the bridges themselves, loud music sounds from morning to evening. There, people wear carnival masks at any time of the year, and these masks are so incredible that you want to look at them for a long time, because many of them are real works of art, created in a single copy.

By the way, I once already said that at different times my wife and I brought several masks from Venice, created in the form of fairly large picturesque paintings with views of the city! You can always admire these masks. Because they seem to convey the spirit of Venice, the atmosphere of an eternal holiday. Just as the spirit and atmosphere of a beautiful city is conveyed by this rare and very large porcelain composition offered to your attention (please pay attention to its impressive size).

This gondola, in my opinion, is not just a beautiful image. This is a kind of symbol of the eternal flow of life, in which a person who is carried away by love and beauty, as gondoliers, is often accompanied by little angels sent by heaven, who are called upon to protect them from an accident and protect them from an unexpected misfortune. All the best, right and righteous in our life is built on love and creation. One must always remember this, strive for this and not deviate from this even in times of anxiety and adversity. And even more so in times like these.
