In the modern world, many different festivals are held. But among the thousands of festivals around the world, the Valencian Festival holds a special place. I have been to Spanish Valencia many times. I generally consider this city one of the most beautiful in the world. It is very similar to Kyiv - with its slowness, comfort, goodwill of the townspeople, the beauty of ancient temples and streets.

In Valencia, there are wonderful museums, a 9-kilometer (!) dried-up river bed of the Turia, unlike anything else, turned into huge green parks and football fields, which have become a place of rest for Valencians. The Holy Grail is kept in the Cathedral of Valencia - the cup from which, according to ancient legend, Jesus ate during the Last Supper... And, of course, an extraordinary festival is held in Valencia, for which teams from different provinces prepare for a whole year, making huge (10-15 meters high!) colorful dolls, which are solemnly... burned during the festival! All but one - the most beautiful, which will take a place in the museum.

The Valencian Festival is admired by thousands of tourists from around the world. Because there really is something to admire.
