Porcelain Story
In the history of world porcelain art, there were many unique inventions and innovations that make this or that porcelain completely unique, unlike any other. And even in this series, the products of the legendary English manufactory Wedgwood stand apart. They are so different from others that one glance of a collector, even not very experienced in the intricacies of porcelain of a particular country, is often enough to determine whether these items belong to good old England.
I would call Wedgwood porcelain one of the most recognizable in the world. Vases, snuffboxes, caskets, tea and coffee sets from this manufactory are easily recognizable by their white decorations applied to the traditional blue, light green, green, red or even black porcelain of the bulk of the product. True, the famous dinner sets - up to 950 items! - created during the life of the founder of the manufactory, the famous Josiah Wedgwood for the royal and royal collections of the former rulers of Europe, they were distinguished by other, brighter colors and a different texture of the products themselves. You will also have the opportunity to get acquainted with such works of the manufactory, in which the influence of Chinese masters is felt. They are also included in our collection.
