RULES FOR VISITING SHVETS MUSEUM

- Entrance to the museum is subject to the presentation of the appropriate entrance documents.

- A visit to Shvets Museum is carried out in a strictly allotted period, corresponding to the approved schedule of the museum.

- Outerwear, large bags, as well as backpacks, school bags and umbrellas, must be left in the storage room.

- Museum visitors can take amateur photos and videos.

- The right to preferential visits to Shvets Museum is given to combatants, the disabled, pensioners, schoolchildren and students (subject to the presentation of documents certifying belonging to the corresponding category of citizens).

- Children of preschool age, disabled children, children of fallen soldiers, orphans, as well as pupils of orphanages and boarding schools are entitled to a free visit to the museum (subject to the availability of relevant documents and presenting them when visiting the museum).

- Children under 15 years old, as well as organized groups of children (under 15 years old) are allowed to the museum only accompanied by adults, who must familiarize the children with these Rules. Accompanying persons are responsible for their observance, as well as for the safety of children during their stay in the museum.

- Organized groups of visitors have the right to visit the museum in the presence of an appropriate service agreement or subject to the acquisition of appropriate entry documents.

- The maximum number of visitors admitted to the museum at the same time is no more than 25 people.

- The maximum simultaneous number of visitors to one of the halls of the museum is no more than 7 people.

- By purchasing an entrance document, the visitor of Shvets Museum agrees to the Rules for visiting the museum.

- Visitors to Shvets Museum are required to keep the entrance documents until the moment they leave the museum, and also present them at the request of the museum staff.

- The Museum reserves the right to close some exposition objects entirely or even individual halls for technical reasons.

It is forbidden:

1. To perform actions that are contrary to the norms of public morality, express disregard for other visitors or museum staff.

2. To violate order and silence in the museum, run, jump, talk loudly, use a mobile phone during the tour (except for special places for this).

3. To bring objects that pollute the premises or clothes of other visitors into the museum.

4. To enter the museum without shoe covers.

5. To enter the museum with food and drinks (except for a plastic bottle of mineral water with a volume of no more than 0.5 liters).

6. To smoke and use prohibited drugs, alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks on the territory of Shvets Museum, as well as being in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication.

7. To visit the museum for children under 12 years of age without adult accompaniment.

8. To enter the museum with animals.

9. To perform actions that threaten the exhibits and property of Shvets Museum.

10. To approach exhibition structures and porcelain pieces closer than 50 centimeters.

11. To touch the exhibits with your hands (except for porcelain works presented in the "Corner of Kristina").

12. To bring explosive, combustible and flammable substances, as well as firearms, gas, traumatic or edged weapons, pyrotechnics into the museum.

13. To use open or closed fire in the museum.

14. To conduct excursions by unauthorized persons without appropriate agreement with museum administration. Only persons who have received written permission from Shvets Museum administration have the right to conduct excursions.

15. To unauthorized trade or distribution of advertising, printing, souvenir products on the territory of the museum.

16. To conduct political campaigning.

17. To conduct professional and commercial film, photo or video filming in the museum or on its territory without obtaining the appropriate permission from Shvets Museum administration.

18. To enter premises marked with special signs "Office premises" or "Entrance prohibited for unauthorized persons".

These Rules apply to all visitors of the Shvets Museum without exception.

In case of violation of these Rules, the visitor may be deprived of the right to stay in the museum without a refund of the fee for the entrance document and excursion services.
